After Amy Winehouse’s husband was released from jail last week, instead of going home to his wife, he went straight to rehab, refusing to see her. All Blake Fielder-Civil needed from his better half was the $56,000 required to pay his treatment.

A source told News of the World:  “The family saw a solicitor this week. Amy fears Blake is just after her money.  Amy woke up and smelt the roses when Blake tried to get her to pay the 30,000 pounds ($56,000) rehab bill.
For the first time ever Amy has her mind on the notion of divorce.  All her family and friends are delighted. Lawyers said Blake stands little chance of getting a huge pay-out.” 

Well.  Can’t blame the guy for trying to get his life straight.   Plus him getting his share of Amy’s money could be a good investment;  if he doesn’t relapse,  at least we know he won’t be drinking or snorting that money!

Amy Winehouse’s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, just got out of jail.  Earlier this year he was sentenced to 27 months in prison after assaulting a bar manager.  He even tried to buy him off so that the manager wouldn’t press charges.  Obviously, that didn’t work.

He could have been out on early parole in September, but he preferred to stayed in prison rather than having to comply to the court’s conditions: to wear a tracking device at all times, to live with his parents and to stay away from Amy.

Well now the couple is reunited… I bet it’s just a matter of time before they start fighting again!

Amy Winehouse and her peeps cause about $10 000 damage to her hotel room, after she ordered 48 bottles of Jack Daniels so she could binge all night (which she did).  It has been reported that there was alcohol and cigarette burns all over the furniture and carpets.  She couldn’t even walk when they came to remove her and her crew from the penthouse, so they had to wrap her in a duvet to carry her out.

The next morning, she had a 40 oz  bottle of vodka for breakfast.

Her self-destructive behavior will take her to her grave sooner than we think.

Amy Winehouse might get sued by the producers of the Rock en Seine show from France.  Last friday she cancelled her performance at the very last minute - literally, since her people notified the producers at 8pm on the night of the show which was starting at 10pm.

The organizers of the show have issued a statement on their website saying that, given the short notice for cancellation and since no valid explanation was given by Amy’s reps, they were considering suing the Grammy Award winning singer.

On September 3rd, they will post on the website what decision the organizers came to concerning a possible lawsuit against Amy.

Twenty-four year old Amy Winehouse had to cancel a show in Paris last night because she was too ill to perform on stage at the Rock en Seine show. Chris Goodman, her publicist, quickly denied that her illness was drug-related. He confirmed that she didn’t need medical attention, she just needed to go home and stay in bed so she could rest and get better.

Last month, Amy Winehouse had a severe allergic reaction to an anti-drug medication. I bet the symptoms were her body and mind telling her she really needed to be high before she’d go crazy. Where I come from, they call these “allergic reactions” addiction withdrawal symptoms, which is normal when you’re trying to get clean. That’s what she needs, especially when we know what she looked like a year ago. Now she’s just a train wreck.

The producers of Quantum of Solace, the next Bond movie, were first interested in Amy Winehouse to perform the theme-song. Unfortunately for her, they announced earlier this week that Alicia Keys and Jack White would be interpreting the song.

Is it really surprising? With all her drug-taking, heroin-shooting, crack-smoking, emphysema-suffering, husband’s drug habit supporting, would they really associate Amy Winehouse with the legendary and flawless spy?

Here’s Amy Winehouse performing “Some Unholy War” at Glastonbury. All seemed well enough, until she got to around the two-minute mark, where she totally disses on Kanye West. She sings, “I’m not opening for a c*nt like Kanye” and everyone cheers. Her backup singers seem to have that “I’m only here cuz I’m getting paid for it” look.

I was wondering if Kanye had heard anything about that yet, because you know he’d be cussing her out on his blog in all caps.

Amy Winehouse was released from the hospital earlier today and just to show you that some things never change, she was seen lighting up a cigarette.

Let’s just hope that she doesn’t go back to drugs.

Her rep says that she is suffering from scarring of the lungs that could lead to emphysema, but she doesn’t actually have it.

She plans on performing for Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday party and has started rehearsing for it earlier today.

Amy Winehouse is not suffering from emphysema, as previously reported. Just a day after Mitch Winehouse revealed to the press that she had tested positively for the deadly lung disease, he now says that she only has traces of it.

What a good way to get the world worried about her health. He also says that Amy is responding well to treatment.

He says, “Amy really hasn’t got emphysema. There’s traces of emphysema. Obviously, if she doesn’t quit smoking, it’s gonna get worse - as with everybody else. She’s smothered in nicotine patches. She’s responding brilliantly to treatment. She’s actually flourishing.”

I wouldn’t say that she’s flourishing if she’s covered in nicotine patches. She’s a tiny woman, she probably would overdose on nicotine if that were the case. Unless that’s the norm in the U.K.

Get well crackie. We’re hoping that you’re okay to do Glastonbury, since you want to so badly. And stay away from that crack fiend Pete Doherty.
