Bernard Jeffrey McCollough also known as Bernie Mac passed away saturday morning at age 50 from a deadly pulmonary infection. The king of comedy had been admitted in a Chicago hospital since the beginning of the month; his health kept deteriorating ever since.
Isaac Hayes made himself unforgettable with his bald head, dark shades, his gold chains and his hit “Shaft” for this 1972 movie that got him a Grammy and an Oscar. Relatively healthy, he was found unconscious in his private gym by his wife’s cousin sunday afternoon. Although the exact cause of death has yet to be revealed, it appears that Mr. Hayes has died of natural causes.
