Britney Spears had to rush her youngest son Jayden James (2) to the hospital after the little one apparently had a severe allergic reaction to something he ate.

Earlier today, the pop star’s team issued a statement  on her website saying: “Jayden James Federline was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday, November 9th. Doctors concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested. He is expected to be discharged tomorrow.”

He’s so cute, we all hope he gets better soon.

Here is the chance for Britney Spears to explain her side of her story.

MTV’s For the Record will feature the pop star back from hell on November 30th at 10pm.  Not only will she discuss the ‘whole shaving her head-thing, but she will also promote her new album Circus which will be available next December 2nd.

Both Britney Spears and Paris Hilton looked stunning at the 2008 MTV VMA’s in Los Angeles. The two blondes were spotted together backstage after the Hilton heiress presented the award for Best Pop video, which Britney won.

It was great to see a normal Britney who seemed genuinely happy about being there and winning these awards.  To all her fan (and even to those who don’t consider themselves fan but who followed her through her tribulations) it truly feels like it’s the return of the prodigal daughter.

This year is The Simpsons‘ 20th season, and we will finally get to hear Maggie Simpson’s voice, which Jodie Foster will interpret on an episode called “Four Great Women and A Manicure” that will air early in 2009.  In this episode, a grown up Maggie will talk clearly, well the first time since season 5 where she said “daddy” her only world until now. The voice then was Elizabeth Taylor’s.
Anne Hathaway will also lend her voice to the show on a different episode. Other celebrities such as Britney Spears, Sting and Danny de Vito have also been heard on The Simpsons.

We all can’t wait to see how Matt Groening imagined her as an adult.

Kevin Federline was seen giving a big warm hug to Shar Jackson, his ex-girlfriend, as they were out in Las Vegas celebrating her 32nd birthday.  Although they seemed to be very cozy, Shar made it clear that there was no romance between them.

Kevin and Shar have two kids together; Kori and Kaleb.  Shar, who already had two other children from a previous relationship, was actually pregnant with Kaleb when Kevin dumped her for Britney Spears in 2004.  At the time, she mentionned to the media that Britney had not only broken up a relationship, but a whole family.

Despite the circumstances, Shar and her ex Mr. Spears maintain an amicable relationship for the sake of the children.

… To me it all seems like a conspiracy: she’s about to have a fourth child, Kevin can’t support her financially. He happens to be a back-up dancer for Britney Spears, starts dating her, marries her - without a prenup - and knocks her up.  Twice.
Now that he is divorced with sole custody of his sons with Spears, he gets a fat 37K a month in child support. Enough to support him, his sons and Shar’s 4 kids.

Everything works out well!

Britney Spears hasn’t looked that healthy and happy in a long time.

Spotted shopping on Tuesday on Robertson blvd, West Hollywood, she looked stunning with her blond locks and her big smile.
We can tell she’s on the right track.

Word is out that she has a new album coming soon. Her last album, Blackout, sold approximately 2,1 Million copies worldwide. With the collaboration of Timbaland’s protégé Danja, Keri Hilson and The Neptunes among others, she proved then that she could give us more than bubblegum pop. Can’t wait for her new material to come out.

I’ve been spreading hearing rumors that Britney Spears is set to join Madonna’s Sticky & Sweet Tour this year.

Madonna is said to be doing it to give guidance to Britney and in hopes of getting her career back on track.

Madonna was recording a video of her and Britney earlier today, which will be broadcast on huge screens as a part of her tour.

A source close to Britney said, “They are recording a video together on Sunday that will provide the backdrop for part of Madonna’s show. And they are talking about Britney taking the stage on a few of the dates too. There’s no doubt that her [sic] and Britney together will spell fireworks again.

Think Madonna can bring Britney back?

Who knew this guy was still in the picture? Apparently, Britney Spears still wants to date Adnan Ghalib, even though he’s used her for picture money and sold her out a gazillion times.

From what I understand, she’s been complaining that her dad Jamie is too controlling. But perhaps her dad lets her continue her relationship with Adnan so that she won’t have another meltdown.

Adnan has been getting access to The Summit and seeing Britney all this time and no one knew. Who knew Britney could keep a secret?
