Heather Locklear, 47, was arrested on Saturday night for driving under the influence, after a concerned citizen saw her driving off “erratically” from a parking lot in Santa Barbara.
After the police officer questionned her, he took her into custody so they could test her for both drugs and alcohol at the station. Apparently they were suspecting drug abuse rather than alcohol.
She was released on Sunday morning after posting bail.
