Spears family pictures stolen at Wal-Mart
It was after a family get-together that Casey Aldridge decided to go to a local Wal Mart to have his digital pictures printed out. One of these pictures showed 17 year-old Jamie Lynn Spears breastfeeding their daughter Maddie-Briann. On the picture, one of her breasts is completely exposed.

It appears that one employee of the Wal-Mart photo lab stole about a dozen of these pictures and then tried to sell them to tabloids. The feds are working hard trying to find who did it.
Now here’s the catch: nude pictures of an underage girl is considered as child pornography and once the person who took the pictures is identified, they could face serious charges, such as possession and distribution of child pornography material.
According to the US Federal Department of Justice, anything between owning, stealing, selling and shipping child pornography carries a ‘minimum sentence of 5 years in prison and a maximum of 20 years’, not to mention a $250,000 fine along with a ‘possible lifetime period of supervised release’.
Although the idea of making a little money off these pictures would sound interesting, with such facts it’s always best to think twice. Hope they catch the creep!
