Many Janet Jackson’s fans were waiting for her at the Montreal Bell Centre last night but she never showed up.

Just before the show started, they announced that the diva wasn’t feeling too well and that she wasn’t going to perform.  In fact, while the fans were getting in at the front gate, her limo was picking her up at the back door to take her to the hospital they say.

Fortunately LL Cool J still performed, which must have calmed down a few enraged ladies in there

Janet Jackson teamed up with designer Bruno Schiavi and designed Pleasure Principle, a new line of lingerie named after her 1987 hit.  Her lingerie collection will first be launched on the US market next November, and then will hit the shelves in Australia, Japan and Europe.

She wanted to make something that was affordable, comfortable and sexy. The 42 year old singer who has struggled with her wieght throughout the years before learning to accept and appreciate her body, says: “it makes you feel incredible and offers variety as diverse as the women who will wear it.”
