Keanu Reeves has won a small battle in that his deposition in an upcoming assault trial will be kept from going public.
A photographer is suing Keanu for allegedly hitting him with his Porsche in a parking lot in March of last year. Keanu asked that the details of the case be kept private, and won.
A judge has ordered that only Reeves’ and the plaintiff’s attorneys will have access to the transcripts from the deposition. No one is allowed to copy any video testimony either. But you know that crap will end up on TMZ, they seem to get their hands on everything.
The trial is expected to start on October 27th.
